Full English Breakfast

A cooked breakfast is the staple of traditional British life and a great way to start off your day.


Time – 30 minutes
Serves – 4



4 Organic free range eggs

8 Rashers of Bacon

8 Pork Sausages

8 – 12 Chestnut Mushrooms

4 Black puddings

2 Beef Tomatoes

1 Tin of Baked beans (look for high-quality)

4-8 Hash Browns



Getting Started – Light up your BBQ grill and let your sizzle or plancha plate heat through. Meanwhile, you’ll want to chop up your mushrooms, and slice your tomatoes into halves.

Cook your Sausages – Once it’s up to temperature, add your sausages to the plate. Turn them every few minutes so they cook evenly for about 20-25 minutes. You’ll want them nice and golden all over.

Frying On – When the sausages have about 8 minutes left to cook, add the bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns and black puddings to the plancha plate (You should be able to use the sausage and bacon fat for frying, but if there isn’t enough you can add a little oil). Now, empty the beans into a large gratin dish and add these to the grill, stirring occasionally. After four more minutes, flip everything over to cook on the opposite side.

Cook your eggs – In the last few minutes of the sausages cooking, crack your eggs onto the plancha plate (egg rings help here) and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook until the bottoms of the eggs are brown and crispy underneath, but the yolks are still runny.

Plate up – Now, with everything cooked, you can take it all off the heat and plate up your Full English Breakfast!
